Frequently asked questions

What happens in the event that my package is returned to the seller?

In the event of a forced return (i.e. a delivery has been attempted and the item is subsequently not picked up from the collection depot and is returned to sender), the buyer will be required to pay additional shipping costs to have the item resent. I will make two attempts to contact the buyer (immediately on return of the item, and again 1 month later), but if no response is forthcoming the item will be either be disposed of (personalised items) or resold (generic items). If the item is generic the buyer will be refunded, less the cost of outward shipping. Personalised items are not eligible for refund.

How do I return an item if I've changed my mind? (Excludes personalised/custom items)

You have the right to cancel within 30 days of placing the order unless it is a personalised item. If item has already been received, it must be returned in pristine, resaleable condition in original packaging and you are responsible for cost of return of the item. Please obtain proof of postage. Items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original packaging are not eligible for refund. Items not returned within 30 days of being received, are not eligible for refund.

Personalisation and sizing

I will always stamp exactly the text you send to me, and make your item in the size chosen, where applicable. To avoid any errors please do double check before sending to me, as I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes which are not my own. Remaking or resizing an item will incur additional costs if the mistake is the fault of the buyer

If I have made a mistake I will, of course, remake the item free of charge.

Care instructions

Remove your piece before showering or bathing, or applying lotions or perfumes.
Avoid wearing with other jewellery or near zips.
Should the metal need a clean, wash in warm soapy water (a non-moisturising soap), then dry, and polish with a soft cloth. Avoid wetting leather.
Where one shape is stacked on top of another, or where items have beads or charms attached, over a period of time you will notice very slight wear. This is normal with hand-stamped items and is not a fault. Should the lettering fade, fill in with a black permanent marker pen or nail varnish and remove excess with hand gel or nail polish remover once dry.

Are your items suitable for children?

My items contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 36 months.

My item hasn't arrived, what happens now?

Please check the tracking details provided at the time of dispatch. Your item may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. International items can also take time to clear customs. An item is not considered lost until the following timescales have been reached.

UK Special delivery - 5 working days
UK Tracked 24 - 8 working days
UK Tracked 48 - 9 working days
Europe - 20 working days
Rest of world - 25 working days

Once these timescales have been reached, I will be happy to refund/replace an item.
