Do you accept international returns?
Yes we do. Providing the item has not been worn and it has been returned in the same unworn condition we sent it in.
* This excludes any custom orders including :- alterations to sizing, new custom design or colour changes
Please note that we do not cover the postage on international returns outside of the UK. We do have Etsy Cover in our shop so if your order is delayed beyond the expected arrival date or lost then you can claim via Etsy who will refund the order accordingly. Please contact us first though as per Etsy requirements so we can see if we can help first.
How do I return an item?
Providing you have contacted us first with the return request, please follow the instructions below:-
Remove the address paper in the plastic wallet from the top of the box and put this inside with your order.
Make sure you wrap the mask up carefully and send back in the same box (or similar size if you no longer have it, ensuring the mask is not squashed).
Our return address is on a label on the side of the box. (Please cover or remove any old labels including tracking labels) or write a new one out.
