Matchmade Designs UK has access to limited amounts of your personal data necessary only for fulfilling core business purposes.

My products are mainly digital listings and any printed orders will not be shipped outside of the EU and UK.

Your username and email address will be shared with me if you contact me using the 'contact shop owner' button on Etsy.

Your name, delivery address, and email address will be shared with me when you purchase an item from me.

*Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It*

When you place an order with me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Etsy. These details will only be used to process and fulfil your order or to contact you with any queries you have related to your order.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below. You will not be added to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Etsy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.

Your name and email address will also be shared with the trusted third party program Templett in order to sync and fulfil your order as part of my design template service.

*How Long I Store Your Information*

I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for three years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
