Hi, I'm Alex and I have been creating art for a good few years now. I always loved drawing and painting, and have had an artistic life alongside my careers in Stage Management and the Children's Nursing over the last 30 years.

Then, six years ago I found myself with my Dad's art equipment and embarked on a part time fine art course where I was reintroduced to Linocut printmaking and just fell in love with it. A couple of years later I found myself completely burnt out in my nursing career, had a breakdown and took some time away from nursing. SInce then I have developed my practice and now work mainly as a printmaker whilst still keeping my hand in with nursing on a very part time basis.

I am now working on a series of prints that I will be releasing over the next few months inspired by the healing journey I am on, specifically focused on the inner child.
