I ordered this almost a month in advance hoping it would be here for Christmas. I messaged the seller on the 11th of December to ask when it would arrive and they stated it would be there early the following week. Christmas rolled around and still, no package. I requested a refund because at this point since Christmas is over and received a rude message from the seller. Overall not a good experience and these people need to work on their customer service skills instead of being condescending.
