Returns and exchanges

We love our work and hope you do too. If you're unhappy with the item, you're welcome to return it, undamaged within 10 days of receipt for a full refund.

We recommend recorded delivery as we're not responsible if the item gets lost in the post. In the event of a refund, we do not refund the postage cost. If the item is damaged, we ask that you take a photo and send it to us as proof, to save you having to post it back to us.

In the very rare event that your item doesn't arrive, we will refund you fully or send another item to you - however, we do ask for your patience with this, and wait for 6 weeks have passed, due to customs delays.

Payment

Buyers can now pay you with credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and other international payment methods.

We ask that payment be made in full and cleared before the item is shipped. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Delivery

APPROX DELIVERY TIMES:
UK: 5 working days
EUROPE: 7 working days
USA: 7-15 working days (up to 25 days on rare occasions)
RESTOF WORLD: 15-20 working days

All our products are shipped either by courier or Royal Mail 1st Class. Please note, tracking is not available on standard international shipping as it's too expensive in the UK. But added as an optional extra.
