The service was brilliant, Michele was so helpful and kind. I was able to collect the picture after four days of ordering, Michele looked after us amazingly throughout the whole process and kept us so well informed. Thank you so much Michele for all your help, I will definitely be buying another picture again in the future :)

5 out of 5 starsI love this chart. It’s super informative and really saves money and time. You chose your hues and pallet before you start painting. And this chart simply it and really saves money. Only thing it was rolled in a tube so it’s very heard to work with as is. I took it to laminate it and that made a huge difference for me. I also had them coil it at the top so it’s gathered and made into a folder. It made the price lint with shipping pretty high. I personally steal love it and appreciate the effort invested into it, so thank you!

In order to make your shopping a happy experience please read the listings carefully to see what you are getting, whether original or print, framed or unframed and please check your sizes carefully. If there is anything whatsoever you are unsure about please just send me a message, I want you to be delighted with the things you purchase from me.
GIFT SERVICE is available on any item at no extra cost (Normal postal charges apply). Your print can be gift wrapped and sent with your message on a beautiful tag. Please contact me within 3 hours of purchase to arrange.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK (Paintings, Linoprints, Mosaics) MAY NEED TO BE RETRIEVED FROM LOCAL GALLERIES BEFORE SENDING. You will be kept fully informed at all times. On the rare occasion that an item has been sold the same day on another site/gallery you will be offered the option of choosing a similar item or having a full refund.
LIMITED EDITION AND CANVAS PRINTS WILL NEED TO BE ORDERED FROM MY PRINTERS. it usually only takes a couple of days for these to be printed. However, as I cannot forsee or control how busy my printers are you should allow up to one week for the item to be printed before it is dispatched.
POSTAL SERVICES USED:
PAINTINGS AND PRINTS are sent by UK first class recorded delivery or International Signed For, price of postage depending on the weight of the item. If recorded/signed for delivery is inconvenient for you, just let me know and I will use an alternative service.
CARDS, STATIONERY ART MATERIALS Orders under £20 will be sent by standard UK first class or Airmail. Orders over £20 will be sent UK first class recorded delivery or International Signed For.
MOSAICS are sent by Collect Plus Courier Service (UK) or International Signed For service.
IN STOCK ITEMS should be dispatched within 48 hours. Please note I cannot post on Saturdays due to teaching commitments.
CUSTOM FEES: Please note that any duties, customs fees or local taxes that items incur on entry to their destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
