Custom and personalized orders
Due to the cost and time spent designing and setting up print runs or production of our items, customization is not possible without minimum quantities of 50-100 per item. The quantity would depend on the item requested. Design fees will be charged for anything other than a color change or a different size. All customized art is still the intellectual property of Smarty Pants Paper Co, and cannot be produced or sold by anyone but us.
Smarty Pants Paper Co. is a private studio and not a for-hire printer. We do not offer printing services for other designers.
Delivery Problems
I process orders as quickly as possible, using the shipping method chosen at checkout. Your transit time will depend on the shipping method you have chosen. The tracking number on your order page provides all the information that is available about the location of your package. If you are having trouble locating your order, I will be happy to help you track it down, but if you have chosen a shipping method without tracking, without insurance, or if your tracking shows the order has been delivered, I cannot refund or replace the order.
