Hello, my name is Anja and I started Mildly Unusual in 2020 as a means to create clothing after my first t shirt kickstarter and my love for clothing, I originally got my first batch of t shirts done for me however after some research that's when

I realised screen printing was an actual thing anyone could try at home , binging tutorials, what I would need to get, how much space I would need, other peoples stores with hand printing or how they started became a priority. As tricky as it is, thanks to youtube and some previous experience with screen printing here we are!

I hand draw/digitally draw all my designs from the comfort of my home, I get my designs exposed on to a screen for me at the moment, this might change in the future. Then everything is printed onto 100% organic cotton!

Some have been printed elsewhere however all products will be stated if they have been done by me or a local business in Yorkshire :) I’m still learning so very detailed
designs won’t be done by me yet!
