Was kept up to date throughout the whole design process and received them well ahead of schedule (beautifully wrapped as well!). I ended up purchasing a black leather jacket (recommending by Carole), had it shipped to her for the customized paint job, and received the finished product (international shipping) all in less than 3 weeks! I always try to fit in rush orders and if I can help I will do my best to work to your deadline. Tell me you are in a hurry before your order and I will let you know if it is possible to get your items to you.
Can you help me source a jacket for painting?
Yes, I can help you source a jacket from here in UK and paint it with your custom design and text.
Custom and personalised orders
Yes, you can send a jacket that you have to me from the UK or any other country. You cover the cost of the postage to me and any customs charges incurred.
Can I return a Tutu skirt?
I make each skirt to order - in the size and colour selected. I can't accept returns if you have changed your mind on colour or fit. Measure children prior to order to ensure you have a good fit and order a swatch to view colours.
If there a production error I will gladly exchange your skirt.
