1 out of 5 starsThe article never arrived to me and above all I never received a response to the numerous requests for information from the seller. To date, after 2 months, I am still waiting to understand where my order has gone. I'm really disappointed!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. To receive a negative review like this makes me so sad - we work extremely hard to make our customers happy and are always so excited when someone orders our products. There were numerous issues with the postal service in the lead up to Christmas. We only ever heard from you once, questioning just before Christmas where your order might be (I have checked: there were certainly not numerous requests) & you were fully refunded within a couple of days of your enquiry - before Christmas. We had sent your order 48hrs after you placed the order, and it was then completely out of our hands... I am so very sorry it went missing. There was little else we could do, and knowing you'd received a full refund, we felt that was the best customer service that could have been offered.
