What to look out for:
Monitor regularly for at least 2 weeks. If there is too much condensation & the plants look wet, take the lid off to let some water evaporate out. If the plants look dry and droopy, add a little dash of water (preferably deionised or rainwater).

14 day policy for pre-made terrariums:
In the unlikely event that your plant(s) die the first couple of weeks of receiving, you will receive full refund - but you must contact me BEFORE it has died as there is always a turning point where the plants can be saved :-) If there’s nothing you and I can do after trying, you will receive 100% of that refund. However, if it has died due to it not having an eye kept on it (as said above in “what to look out for”) and I haven’t been given the chance to help before it has died, I can only offer replacement plants which you can purchase either through me or a local garden centre, but I can walk you through the steps of replacing your plants. If you are concerned about anything in the first two weeks, make sure to message me. After the first two weeks, sadly I can no longer take responsibility for the care of the closed terrarium as it is outside of my control after this period. I'm always available to contact so please use me as a resource! :-)
