How we began!

Hello my name is Brioney!

Miss B's Emporium all started because of my daughter. I have always been crafty by nature filling numerous sketch books with drawings and paintings, and even photography, but when she was born I joined pinterest and came across a beautiful crochet striped Giraffe pattern that I really wanted to make.
So determined to get there I started watching tutorials at home on how to learn to crochet and brought a few basic supplies to begin with.
Fast forward a few months and lots of cursing or throwing the hook down in frustration and I had mastered the basics and even made my first blanket.
As my skills began to grow I started making little bits for my daughter working up to the giraffe pattern.

Eventually the day came when I was brave enough to make the wonderful giraffe and I was so pleased, she really was colourful and we named her Georgie.
During this process I was sharing all my creations on social media with friends and family, who eventually people started asking me to make bits and pieces for them and their children. This naturally progressed to friends of friends and Miss B's began!

I love making items for other people and seeing my hand made crochet creations in use and I have spent a lot of time sourcing the best yarns for each item.
Our baby range features lots of items made with soft 100% cotton to make sure it is gentle on their delicate skin.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
In line with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a seven day cooling off period after receiving your order. Please note - this does not apply to personalised or made to order items which cannot be returned. The customer must contact Miss B’s Emporium in the first instance to arrange the return of the items. This can be done via our contact us option. When returning an item these conditions must be met:

1. Let us know BEFORE you send the item back
2. Items must be in an as new condition, unopened and unused with all tags still attached.
3. The item must be sent back using the same delivery method as it was dispatched. This is to avoid lost items and so that we can track your item.

A refund for the product price will be initiated once we have received the returned goods. The original delivery charge will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost for returning the items. Orders are checked before being dispatched and are packaged well to avoid damage during transit, however, if your order is damaged or faulty when you receive it please notify us within 48 hours, after this time we will not accept responsibility.
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.

Please remember that these times are estimates and unless you have opted for Priority Mail I cannot give you any information as to where your parcel is or how long it will be

UK - 1st Class Mail - 1-3 working days.

Standard Air Mail outside of the UK:

USA/Canada/Australia - 6-16 working days
Europe - 4-10 working days
Rest of the World - 6-16 working days

All international orders are posted via tracked and signed for delivery

You are responsible for any customs charges/import duty/taxes etc you may incur in your country.

The vast majority of items will arrive well within these time frames, but times are dependent on the postal service in your country which means that occasionally they can take longer so please allow up to 25 business days for delivery.

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
