Delivery
Your order will be shipped within 3 days. If this is not possible there will be a notice within the shops announcement section.
Please make sure your etsy and paypal address match. Your paypal address protects your buyers rights so keep it updated! This is the address we will send items to.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Recorded First Class.
International orders are sent via Airmail Recorded First Class.
All orders are packaged in recycled packaging as standard.

All Monstro gift wrapping uses eco friendly packaging made from recycled materials and all our materials are sourced from within Britain or via British suppliers, keeping the store entirely ethical.

All plush toys, character pillows and goods designed for children are compliant with current EU legislation and are CE marked for piece of mind, so you know when you buy a Miss Monstro goody it is fully tested and safe for your child.
