Mistry Gems is a small West London based Jewellery business successfully trading here in the UK and abroad since 2007

We supply beautiful, ethically sourced Gems and Semi Precious Stones set in the highest quality 925 Sterling Silver.

The founder, Nayna Mistry, works closely with small family run businesses in Northern India to create the unique designs. Working with the craftsmen, the stones are individually hand selected with healing and quality in mind. They are then set to create the individually crafted, bespoke jewellery designs you see on our site.

In our Etsy shop, we believe everyone should be able to wear such amazing products without breaking the bank. Our direct relationship with our suppliers means we are able to offer these little luxuries at prices everyone can afford. .

How to Size Your Finger

3 ways to determine your ring size

1. Print out the ring sizer on my main website www.mistrygems.co.uk/ring-sizing/ - following the instructions carefully - then send me that reading. Please really tighten the paper round the finger and knuckles to the point where the paper might rip - that gives a better reading.

2. Purchase a plastic ring sizer - whether it be in US sizing or UK sizing, and send me the reading.

3. Visit a reputable jeweller who will tell you your ring size for a normal style of ring with a band width of less than 2mm, and then if you can let me know what they say and I will advise according to each ring style.

Exchange & Returns Shipping Costs

ALL Returns & Exchange shipping to be paid by the buyer, despite any initial free shipping.
Order Number & action required to be noted.
All returns to be sent in a padded envelope, following the instructions on 'How to package goods for Returns and Exchanges' in the FAQ section.
UK returns to be sent back via Recorded Signed for method, or use a 1st/2nd Class Large Letter Stamp & obtain a proof of postage.

International Returns - please fill out the CN22 Customs Declaration form when returning goods, and ensure you write 'RETURNED GOODS' in the description section. Please also write a nominal $15 as the value.

For exchanges, we prefer you rebuy the correct item and once we have your returned ring back, we will refund you.

How to Select Method of Shipping

We ship Domestic, European and some US parcels using the Royal Mail Standard Service which is NOT trackable and NOT insured. If you wish to have a tracking option, please select the appropriate Shipping Upgrades available. We would highly recommend that you do this.

Large Rings to US and all items to Rest of the world are sent as Tracked and/or Signed.

We will have proof of postage, however, if you opt to use the standard shipping service, we WILL NOT be responsible for any delays or items not received.

For UK (Domestic orders), If you wish to receive your order urgently, we do offer the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service, and tracked 24/48 services so please select in the Shipping Upgrades available.

How to Package Goods for Returns and Exchanges

Please place the item flat in the plastic seal bag first and then place this packet into the gift bag. For Rings, please ensure it is sitting in the return envelope flat. If it is on its side, it is quite likely to get squashed in transit. We will not refund your money if the item is unsaleable .

Please also ensure the item is returned in a padded envelope, with all order details enclosed.

For international Returns, you must fill out the CN22 Customs Declaration form and attach to the outside of the envelope. Please mark the parcel as 'RETURNED GOODS' and write a nominal $15 as the value of the item to avoid paying customs charges.

Shipping Times

We use Royal Mail to send all our packages.

UK orders will usually take between 1 to 3 working days to arrive after it has been shipped.

International orders
USA, Canada, Australia - Royal Mail quote 5 to 7 working days, but in some instances it has taken up to 28 days - it depends which state you are in and whether the item is just sitting in one state for longer than necessary.

Europe - Royal Mail quote upto 3 to 5 working days, but could take longer.

For US, Canadian and European orders if you wish to track the goods, we do recommend you upgrade to the next shipping method, which will provide a tracking number.

Rest of the World is sent Tracked & Signed

Otherwise its a case of waiting until the item finally arrives.

What address do we post to?

We will take the address on your Etsy Account as the correct address to ship to, so please do ensure every aspect of it is correct, including correct Zip / Post Codes, House Numbers, Apartment Numbers, and District.

We DO NOT ship to public buildings like work addresses, University Halls of Residence, or anywhere where the parcel has to go via a reception desk. We have had many parcels go missing to these type of places, so have decided we will only accept home addresses.

If you wish to have a parcel sent to these other types of addresses, please do contact us initially so that we can make preparations and suggest the correct postage to be paid too, so that items can be sent tracked and signed.

Time frame for Faulty Products

If your jewellery piece becomes faulty within 6 months of the original purchase date, we will aim to either fix it for you or offer you an exchange/part refund - depending on the issue and the time the item has been worn. After 6 months we can only try and fix it for you and will try and accommodate the best we can. If the design of the item is such that with wear it has caught on things and snapped due to negligence, we will not refund these, but happy to work with you. We have some unusual designs of rings that can get caught on things, so please make a note of this before purchasing
