Personalised Anniversary, Wedding, Birthday and Baby greetings cards, handmade to order in Liverpool, UK. All cards are posted 1st class as standard. Packaged with no plastic.
SHIPPING INFO.
- Card orders placed before Midday (Mon - Fri) are posted same day.
- Royal Mail is used for UK deliveries.
- UK Cards are posted 1st class as standard.
- Card orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are posted on Monday (I don't post out on Bank Holidays)
- Orders placed on Bank Holidays will be posted next working day.
- UK customers - Your card order will normally arrive within 1-3 working days from the dispatch day - These are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- International customers - Orders usually arrive within the estimated delivery date (please see individual listings) but a minority of cases could take longer.

Any delays caused by strike action are out of my control.

Frequently asked questions
When can I expect my order to be posted out?
- I post out every week day (1st class as standard)
- Card orders placed before midday (Mon - Fri) are posted out the same day.
- Card orders placed after midday are processed the following working day.
- Royal Mail aim 1 working day delivery (for UK orders) but some orders may take longer.
Do you offer delivery upgrades?
UK - I only post out 1st class.
International - You have the option to upgrade to a tracked royal Mail service.
Can you write in the card and send the card direct to my recipient?

Can you guarantee my card will arrive by a certain date?
UK customers - Your card order will be posted out 1st class on or before it’s dispatch date - your order is then in the hands of the Royal Mail.
Royal Mail aim 1 working day delivery on 1st class items but some orders may take longer to arrive. As s a result, I can't guarantee orders will arrive within the estimated delivery dates.
Is there a tracking number for my order?
- All UK orders are sent 1st class, this service is not tracked.
- International orders are sent either Standard or tracked.
Where is my order?
First of all, please check the delivery address is correct.
UK customers: If you need to contact me about the whereabouts of your order, please allow 10 working days (from dispatch date) before contacting me, Royal Mail don't consider mail to be lost until after 10 working days. It is very rare that Royal mail will lose an item and from experience, the majority of late deliveries always turn up a day or two after the estimated delivery date.
International customers: Most items are arriving within 2 weeks but some may take up to 15 working days. Delivery times will vary depending on your local postal service.
I can't find a certain anniversary year listed in your shop, can you help?

Can I have 2 different coloured hearts on my card?

Custom and personalised orders
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for personalised items.
