Frequently asked questions
How is the artwork packaged?
At my print studio, the staff take great care in to ensure that all artwork is packed safely and carefully to protect it during delivery. Firstly, we carefully cover your work with tissue paper and protective wrapping, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds. Wrapped up and ready to go - your order is either placed into a flat card pack, or a robust tube, depending on the order, and safely secured and sealed. Once sealed, our efficient dispatch team send your order, ensuring your prints are delivered both timely and safely.
Is the artwork framed?
All my artwork currently comes unframed. All my prints come in standard A-sizes so buying the correct size frame for your print should be easy and inexpensive. If you would like any help finding and choosing a frame, feel free to contact me and I am happy to advise :)
What if I don't like the print?
All my prints are high quality and a true representation of how they look in the photos (in fact, most of my customers say they look better in real life!). However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your print, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I'll be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.
Can I track my order?
Once you’ve placed an order with me, I will send you a tracking number so you will be able to track your order with our automated delivery updates.
Do you offer wholesale prices to trade clients?
Yes, please email me at mollymainecreative@gmail.com for details
I am an international buyer. Will I have to pay import duties?
When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties that may be charged by their country on receipt of the package.
