Hi there!
Welcome to Momoko Abe Illustration Etsy shop! I’m Momoko. I am a children's author-illustrator who lives in London. I absolutely adore children’s books and anything mid-century. My debut picture book Avocado Asks was published in April 2020. My dream is to publish my picture books and live in a house made of bookshelves with my cat Clementine.
I’m inspired anything from Hokusai, Vermeer, Degas, Edward Hopper, Charles & Ray Eames, Wes Anderson, Matthew Bourne to people and animals I meet in my everyday life.
Probably I’m the happiest when I draw animals and food. Also, dancing and going to theatre make me a very happy bunny as I did classic ballet for over 15 years.
