When it comes to caring for your baby's clothes, it's important to follow some simple instructions to keep them looking and feeling their best.
To start, always wash the clothes inside out at 40 degrees Celsius or below to prevent any damage or fading to the fabric. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach or fabric softeners. Air dry the clothes instead of using a tumble dryer, and if necessary, iron them on a low temperature.
Finally, store the clothes in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent any damage or discoloration over time. By following these guidelines, you can ensu

Each of our listings comes with a corresponding size guide, but please note that the provided measurements are only approximate as the manufacturer's specifications can vary up to 1cm in either direction.
It's worth noting that our cloths tend to be generously sized, so we recommend referring to our size guide (found in the photos) and measuring one of your own garments if necessary before making a purchase. Please avoid relying purely on the size/age group.
What If I Ordered The Incorrect Size, Can I Return It?
In order to ensure a satisfactory purchase, we strongly recommend that all prospective customers of our garments consult the measurement guide provided in the photos of each listing. If you have any doubts or questions, please do not hesitate to ask us prior to making your purchase.
It is important to note that ALL PERSONALISED ITEMS are non-refundable and cannot be returned. As these items are specifically tailored to your unique specifications, they cannot be resold.
For NON PERSONALISED items, you may be eligible for a refund of the item's cost minus the original postage fee. However, please note that the customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
Changes to my order
Your order will be created based on the details you provide us. To avoid any issues, please carefully check that all details, including sizes and spellings, are correct before confirming your order. You have a one-hour window from the time of placing your order to make any necessary changes. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate any requests for changes.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Your order will be wrapped in a stunning tissue paper and will be fixed with a beautiful sticker to add an extra touch of elegance. This gorgeous packaging will make your gift-giving experience hassle-free and extra special!
Changes to my Delivery Address
If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please reach out to us within one hour of placing your order. We will require you to confirm the full and complete address you wish the item to be sent to via a message in Etsy messaging system. Please be aware that it may not always be feasible to make changes to the delivery address after this one-hour window has elapsed.
Custom and personalised orders
All orders including international ones will be posted within 24 hours of ordering Monday – Friday
UK orders will be posted with Standard 2nd class FREEPOST
Postal upgrades are available at checkout if you require your card quickly.
We have next day guarantee delivery option for UK customers too. With this service, you can receive your orders the very next day, provided you place your order before 1PM. To take advantage of this service, you will need to select and pay for 1 day delivery service on the checkout page.
All the international orders will be shipped with a fully trackable service.
