Frequently asked questions
How will my order be shipped?
We'll send your order by either a standard Royal Mail tracked and signed-for service or an appropriate courier service, depending on weight, size and shipping destination. Certain items of furniture will be sent by a specialist furniture carrier.
How soon will you dispatch my order?
We aim to dispatch as soon as possible, usually within two or three working days. Larger items, furniture in particular, may take longer to dispatch depending on how it is being sent. But, please let us know if you need something urgently and we'll make sure we hurry things along for you.
If I am buying several items from Monsieur Renards Attic will the shipping be discounted?
Usually, yes. It does all depend on a few factors such as can those items be safely packaged together, how heavy the items are etc. Please contact us if you need specifics.
I'm ordering from outside the UK and the shipping cost seems very high, is this right?
We try to be accurate with shipping costs. This is easy if it's a smaller item which will be sent by post. If it's something larger or heavier and needs to be sent by courier it's impossible for us to cost this option for every country in the world so we generalise with a 'worst-case scenario' price. If you need to check the price for your destination please get in touch and we'll happily check this for you.

Hopefully! If you're looking for a vintage or antique item which isn't listed in our shop we may either already have it or be able to find it so please ask.
