You CAN use a CREDIT CARD through Paypal without a Paypal account. You don't need to open an account with Paypal to use it.

Purchase of any work does not transfer the copyright, meaning, purchasing prints of my artwork does not give the purchaser the right to use the images in such ways as redistribution, resale, commercial use, mass production, etc.

You MAY sell finished products with printed, colored, hand-cut stamp designs in the form of greeting cards, scrapbook projects, etc., provided that credit is given in some way by my name (©Andreia Silva) and/or blog (http://moonflowerdigistamps.blogspot.pt/).

* Finished handmade items can be sold online and in person (craft shows) in limited quantities.

* You may resize the file to suit your projects. (Sizing up larger than the original size will result in grainy quality.)

* Credit must ALWAYS be given back to me by way of copyright or link. The following is VERY important and needs to be said:

* All MoonFlower digital stamps are sold for PERSONAL use. Purchase of a digital stamp DOES NOT warrant a commercial use license.

* You may NOT claim the digital stamps as your own creation.

* You may NOT alter the digital stamp in any way and claim as your own creation.

* You may NOT transfer or share the design through digital media or in print form to another person.

* You may NOT resell the digital design in its original, colored, modified (cropped or otherwise edited), or printed form individually or in a set of any kind, physical or digital.

* You may NOT use the digital design as web graphics.

* NO coloring pages or patterns are allowed to be made and sold from the stamps found in this shop in ANY form, digital or printed. You MAY use them in your own home, school or church, when no sale is to be made.

* You may NOT create art prints (including ACEOs) or transfers of any kind (iron on, rub on, etc) to be made into stand alone paintings whether on paper or canvas. A customer using my line work to print or transfer, then color for framed art, wrapped or canvas panels would be in violation of copyright.

* You may NOT use the images to make iron-on transfers for adding to t-shirts, tote bags, etc.

Please be sure to credit Andreia Silva as the original artist of the stamp.

Additional Note
Please understand that storage and backup of the purchased files are sole responsibility of the customers. MoonFlower Digistamps shop is not responsible for lost of misplaced files once a customer successfully downloads the files. Just like there are no refund for digital downloads (all sales final), lost and misplaced files will not be replaced.
