International shipping costs may vary depending on size of order and country of delivery, but price is usually £12 for a letter box sized parcel and £15 for a small box.

Harness Range:
Can be washed by hand or in washing machine. Do not tumble dry. Regular machine washing may cause quicker wear, especially on metal coating.

Bandanas:
Hand washing recommended. The majority of our bandanas could be machine washed at a low temperature, but there is a possibility that this could cause shrinkage, so it is best avoided. Do not tumble try. Iron flat on a low heat, but never iron directly onto vinyl personalisation.

Bows:
Our bows are only suitable for light hand washing, and must not go in the washing machine. If washed, bows may lose their shape.

Handmade Collars:
Best to be hand washed. Collars can be machine washed at 20-30°C if necessary, but can shrink at higher temperatures. Do not tumble dry.

All items are packaged using environmentally sustainable materials.

I am happy to make custom orders, so please get in touch with any requests. However, be aware that custom orders may take longer to dispatch. We will discuss this upon request.

If you would like to return a product, please get in touch and I will do my best to help. If you have ordered the wrong size, I may be able to process an exchange, unless the product has been custom made or personalised. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for return postage. If a product is any way damaged or faulty upon arrival, please get in touch with evidence and I will process a return with refund or exchange. Please note that this must be requested within 10 days of receiving the product. I reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if I think that it does not fulfil the conditions, however I will always do my best to help. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of the request.
