Delivery
I can ship worldwide and I ship to the address specified in your Etsy order. If you'd like the item shipped to a different address, please convo me directly after you make your purchase with your order number as the subject. All items are packaged in fun and vibrant boxes. If this is a gift, I'd be happy to include a gift message and remove the invoice from the package. My shipping prices reflect USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail.

RUSH ORDERS:
Rush order can be charged an additional £20.00 fee at my discretion. This will depend on the amount of work I have at the time you request a rush. I will need to setup a reserved listing in your name so please contact me if this is what you wish.
CUSTOM REQUESTS: All custom requests are subject to a £25.00 creative fee in addition to the cost of the piece you purchased again depending on the amount of work I have at the time. This charge is at my discretion as each piece of work is unique.
STANDARD ORDER PROCESS: Standard shipping will be 2-3 days from when the order is purchased, I will provide you with a proof of postage (through Etsy convo or email) and aim to get your order to you as soon as.
CUSTON ORDER PROCESS: My custom order fulfillment (stated in each production description) is 3-5 days from when the order is purchased. I will provide you with a proof of postage (through Etsy convo) Then, once you approve your design, it will usually ship within 2-3 days of your approval. If you require revisions, please add extra time to the timeframe above.
VIEWING YOUR PROOF: Your proof for a custom piece will be sent to your through Etsy convo's. When I send it you'll get notification from Etsy that you have a new message along with instructions on how to view your proof. -- By default your piece may end up as an example in my shop. However if you wish to keep your piece private please let me know over the course of our conversations and I will never use it for marketing purposes. -- If you feel that your experience has not been 100% positive then please contact me first and let me make it 100% positive before hitting the feedback button. I promise to do my best to make you happy.
