Welcome to My Unicorn Planner!

My Unicorn Planner opened in 2016 with a small range of planner paperclips, and quickly grew

I opened My Unicorn Planner in 2016, after getting requests from fellow planner addicts to buy planner bow clips which I'd made for my own planners. At the time I also ran an embroidery and print business and so I introduced feltie clips to my range, and quickly discovered that MUP was going to be more than a little "side hustle"!

In 2018 I closed down my clothing & gift shop in order to concentrate full on My Unicorn Planner. I pride myself on offering a range of high-quality, beautiful planner accessories, in a wide range of designs. One of the greatest things about planning is being able to make your planner truly yours, and to do that you need to be able to select the designs you love, to match your style. Although I always want to keep my items affordable, quality and design will always be at the forefront of My Unicorn Planner's philosophy. I choose well designed embroidery designs, with many being exclusive to MUP, and only use the very best materials that I can find, to create pretty accessories that will last!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us at My Unicorn Planner! If you have any issues with your order please do get in touch and we will be happy to help.

Non-personalised orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing your order (unless it has been dispatched). Non-personalised orders may be returned for a refund in accordance with distance shopping regulations. Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging/labels attached. Return postage charges will be the responsibility of the buyer, and should be sent using a tracked method. Returns from outside of the UK should be marked as such.

Please note that there are no cancellations/refunds available on made to order or personalised items unless an item is found to be faulty.

If your order is damaged upon delivery, please send photo evidence of the damage and a replacement or refund will be arranged for you. This must be done within 48 hours of receiving your package.

If your order does not arrive within the time periods stated in our "Delivery Policy" section, please do get in touch. Replacements will be issued after the recommended wait time (in accordance with Royal Mail's guidelines).
***Current turn-around is up to 3-4 weeks***
All the the items here are handmade to order. As a result my turnaround time can vary between 3-5 days and 2-3 weeks depending on how busy workload is.

Parcels within the UK are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail and usually arrive within 3 working days from dispatch. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch please get in touch.

International orders are sent via Standard Airmail. Royal Mail suggests that they should arrive within 5-7 working days from dispatch. However, I have found that they often take slightly longer, especially during busy periods. If your order has not arrived within 3 weeks please do get in touch.

***Please allow extra time between dispatch and delivery when ordering in the run up to Christmas***

Royal Mail guidelines on when a parcel is officially considered "lost", vary depending where your order is travelling to. Refunds and replacements will be arranged after their timeframes have lapsed. Please ensure that your address is correct before submitting your order.

Information I collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom or personalised order for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I need your information and how I use it

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
- as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
- when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up to my mailing list;

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

I generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years.

Yes definitely!

If it's a personalised (text based) planner clip or band that you're after then you can find these under the "PERSONALISED FOR YOU" section if any order slots are available.

If you're after a design that you can't see listed, or a change in colour/material to the current designs, please get in touch and I'll be happy to help.


My turnaround time during the PBC fall sale is 3-4 weeks. I'll be working hard to get everything out as quickly as possible but I'd rather over-estimate than under! Please bare this in mind when ordering.

Delivery is usually within 1-3 days after dispatch within the UK. If you are outside of the UK delivery can usually take between 5-15 days. Please note that unless you select the "tracked" option when ordering, there is no way to track your parcel once dispatched. Occasionally parcels will get delayed through customs. Sadly there is nothing I can do about this. You are responsible for researching and paying for any customs charges there may be in your country.

Some of our designs are bought embroidery designs with a commercial license and therefore you may see other makers using the same designs in their own way. Much like sticker makers often use the same licensed clipart in their own way.
Recently I've started to introduce my own designs, such as my weight loss markers, personalised items and our range of Unicorn's. These are not commercially available designs and should not be replicated. Legal action will be taken against those breaching copyright.
