When will my order be shipped?
Pre-made items will be shipped within 3 business days. Items that are made to order will be shipped within 14 business days. The listing will reflect what kind of item it is, but do contact me if you're unsure!
Care instructions
To keep your tama case nice and clean, use a lint roller regularly to remove dust and dirt. This is especially good for the fluffy yarns, as it'll re-fluff them! If you need a deeper clean, use a gentle soap, and handwash in lukewarm water, and let air dry. This way your case won't become too loose after washing!
Why is the shipping so expensive?
Unfortunately, Norway has some pretty steep shipping prices, and it's out of my control. I will always ship your item the cheapest and most reliable way availiable to me! :)
My tracking number says my order hasn't moved for x days!?
To keep costs as low as I can, the method used to ship only provides a tracking number that confirms the label has been purchased. After this, it will no longer be trackable.
How long will it take for my item to arrive?
The following estimates reflect the time it will take AFTER I have packed and sent off your order - so any time I need to make your item comes in addition.
!!!Covid delays!!! - Due to postal services worldwide being overwhelmed during this difficult time, delays are happening everywhere. Delivery time estimates from recent experience:
Europe: 1-3 weeks
USA & Canada: 2-6 weeks
Under normal circumstances, it should take 5-7 days to arrive within Europe, and 7-14 for the rest of the world. Canada Post in particular has been extraordinarily slow, so three weeks is not unheard of for Canada.
National and international holidays, extreme weather, and as of writing this - global pandemics, can all delay shipping times.
