I placed the order on 3/14/23. About a month later of no communication, the seller emailed me off of Etsy saying their Etsy computer crashed and we will communicate via the new email. They sent a picture of my product and said it was set to ship within 5-7 business days of that email. That was on 6/3/23. Since then I have emailed the seller 5 times and have gotten no response at all. The seller charged me a $150 deposit up front and the rest of the cost was to be paid later. I never heard back with the remaining fees from the seller nor have I received my product. Almost 5 months later of extremely poor communication, $150 down the drain, and still no product. I will be opening a claim to resolve this.

I never received item and seller did not supply a refund of my purchase price of over $88.

So happy with this purchase. It’s even better in person than it looks in the photo. I was able to customize my own gear colors. Custom made, so it did take a while to ship after order. The best packaging I’ve ever see. Assembly was easy with the provided template.

Wow wow wow! This is by far the best piece of art I’ve ever purchased. I knew it would take a while to do, but through the process this company kept me up to date on progress. Sent updated pictures and even changed a color for me at the very end. It’s hard to pick colors online. I never felt taken advantage of or that I wouldn’t get my product. The installation was SUPER easy. They made it in such a way that it’s incredibly easy to follow directions and hang. I love that it’s not all weighted by the middle, but rather it’s distributed throughout. We modified a few colors once we received it but that was easy and took very little time. Hands down best Etsy purchase ever!!
