The bears are a great scale for Miniaures and come in different colors that are normal for Teddy Bears. My only wish is that the eyes were tiny black beads instead of black embroidery thread. I would buy them again and probably replace the eyes. But for the price they are a good find.

paint tubes are sweet and cute. the palette is not as realistic as in the picture like the dishcloth. So it's a little excessive for this set. But it's cute.

My passion is to create small enchanted worlds that reflect the reality in 'small', but which does not mean only a world made ​​smaller in scale but also a universe of emotions and atmosphere . Any object that comes out of my lab has been crafted by hand with the finest materials and without the use of models or molds. I draw inspiration from everything that surrounds me and I 'steal' the materials around me to give to my little worlds special textures and details. All my creations are unique, which I can reproduce again or customize, but that given little ribbon, or that particular cardboard used for the cookie jar, it remains an unique and unrepeatable part of just one specimen, since I do not buy my materials in stock, but I take them from the real life that surrounds me.

The great attention to detail and the uniqueness of my projects are the real added value of a Nat Academy miniature. It is not by chance that tartan has been chosen to represent the brand and the store. It is a Scottish traditional textile, a symbol of quality, uniqueness and tradition.

Since I know how a dollhouse, a miniature scene or a roombox can be inextricably linked to our personal taste and emotions, I am always ready to customize ready to customize my items, or to realize tailored projects to best express the personality of my clients.

The Nat Academy was established as a source "tailored " creations for those who love to surround themselves by beautiful things, meaningful and finely crafted. Returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
The seller undertakes to replace with another item, equal (as far as possible since these are works of craftsmanship) or similar, in the case the bough product reaches its destination damaged because of an inappropriate packaging, please refuse right away the damaged package. The second shipping is at seller's expense. It is not possible to request a refund in case of damage but a replacement wull be provided at the conditions mentioned above.

If the customer decides to ship back the item for any other reason (change of mind, personal reasons, taste, etc.), he or she is due to ship back the items with tracked shipping in 14 days from the day of receiving. The shipping costs are due by the customer. The refund will be provided immediately after receiving back the items if they are intact.
Payments may be made via PayPal before shipping of the item. In case you require a custom made item, payment must be made before the work begins.

To give you the opportunity to lower the costs of shipping, this will be done once every 2 weeks from Slovenia (option shipping in 1-2 weeks) or at the full price from Italy. The shipping from Slovenia (EU country) or Italy have the same time of transiting and the same service.

International shipping takes usually from 15-20 working days and can be even longer if the item is held for Custom Clearance.

If the item is not delivered within 2 months, NatAcademy will ship at it's expense another item of the same kind. No refund is due in that case but just a second shipment.

If the item arrives damaged, the customer is due to refuse the package if it is visible from the outside. If the package is in perfect condition but the item inside is broken, NatAcademy will replace it with a new one at its own expense. No refund is due for damage in transit, but a replacement. If for any reason the customer doesn't want the replacement, he can get a full refund after shipping back to the seller the damaged item at its own expense. If the customer doesn't want to ship back the item but wants the refund in place of the replacement, NatAcademy will refund just 30% of the price of the item.


Custom orders can not be returned. If custom orders arrive damaged, we will shio again a new item on our expense.
Additional policies and FAQs
Since these are handmade crafts, they differ in details from each other and a serial production of identical figures is not possible. Nat Academy assures its customers that every on-demand project will never be reproduced for other customers. We craft every piece by hand without using form or molds.
