WHY I COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
In regard to astrological reports I take your name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth so that I can mathematically calculate the positions of planets and charts points at the time of your birth.

For tarot reading I will need information to focus on so that I can get a link to you. This information will include your name and your date of birth.

WHERE I OBTAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information is only obtained from you.

HOW INFORMATION IS STORED
Personal data is not kept online by myself. Information sent to me by email it will be recorded on disc – password protected.

You may also choose to send information to me by other third parties, especially for astrology reports or tarot readings. Third party companies that I use, such as Ebay, Etsy, Paypal, and others, also have privacy policies. Please read these to make yourself familiar with their terms.

HOW LONG IS PERSONAL INFORMATION HELD?
I am fully insured by BGI. Client records are kept for a minimum of 6 years as per UK law and requirements of my insurance company, from the date of your last treatment, for people aged 18+.

I reserve the right to change my insurers at any time, so the period that records are kept may change to comply with any new insurance company, or any changes to UK law. You will be informed of any changes should they occur.

SHARING INFORMATION
Personal information will only be shared in the following situations:
1) With the law should the need arise, this includes my insurance company in the event of any claims, and solicitors acting on your behalf;
2) With yourself – every individual has the legal right to see the information that any company, business, organisation, club, individual, etc, holds on them. If you want a photocopy of your file there will be a minimal charge of £5 to cover paper, ink, printing, and postage. Information will be sent within one calendar month.
You do not have the right to see the information held about anyone other than yourself;
3) Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services for me, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. For example, your address on an envelope or parcel.
4) Selling and auction sites. I share information with selling and auction sites as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
5) Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Your information will not be shared with any other third party unless I’m required to do so by law, or unless you give written or legal consent, such as Power of Attorney.

MARKETING, PAYMENTS, AND SOCIAL MEDIA
You can choose to contact me on the website naturalmatrixtherapy.com, supplied by Wordpress, or on several social media sites that I’m on, or by post.

I currently take payments by Paypal. You can set up a Paypal account for yourself, or you may prefer to pay by debit or credit card through Paypal.

I cannot guarantee that messages sent, or information given via any third party are secure, so any personal information sent to me this way is at your own risk. These companies have their own privacy terms and conditions. Please read those carefully.

If you supply your email address to me you are consenting to be kept informed of offers, events, news, or changes in connection with Natural Matrix Therapy. Your email address will not be supplied to any other party, unless required by law to do so, as stated above.

You can unsubscribe at any time. You also have the right to update and rectify any incorrect information.
