If you have ordered Internationally there is currently delays on International Shipping Orders. This is due to reduced postal workers, reduced staff, Postal delivery days, Reduced mail Planes and Quarantine measures in many countries.

International Standard shipping is currently taking approx 4- 6 weeks to arrive.
(Please Note!. This service does not come with a Tracking number!, International standard shipping is default, if you would like your items tracked you will need to change this during checkout)

International Tracked shipping takes approx 7-14 days to arrive.

Our Incense Products are :

*Vegan Friendly

*Natural Palo Santo Sticks (Bursera Grraveolens) - Only taken and made from naturally fallen tree branches, and are never taken from rare tree species.
Is Palo Santo really endangered?
While Verawood and Guaiac, indeed, are listed as endangered species, the most common type of “Palo Santo” - Bursera Graveolens - is not filed on CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora)

Here is a little information about our products and how they are packaged:
*Fully Recyclable Bubble wrap and Bubble Wrap Bags
*Fully Recyclable Boxes and Jiffy Bags
*Recyclable Sellotape
*Recyclable and Biodegradable packaging Noodles
*Recyclable Poly Bags
*All Product and Postal Labels are printed on Recyclable Sticky Label paper and are thermal printed. (Circle labels are recyclable but are ink printed)
*Gift Wrapping - (All Fully Recyclable) Brown Kraft paper, White Tissue paper, Twine, and brown card label. (Not yet available)

Although every effort has been made to ensure a majority of our packaging is Recyclable there maybe some items they may come packed in none recyclable packaging.

We would like to ask and encourage our customers to help us keep our planet plastic free. Please help us by reusing or recycling our packaging! :)

Its our up most importance that all our Crystals, Minerals and Fossils are ethically sourced and mined.

I have paid for standard shipping but i want to upgrade my shipping, can i do that?

Yes of course! You can upgrade your shipping after you have ordered. But please contact us ASAP to ensure your parcel hasn't been dispatched yet. Additional Charges May Apply.

I haven't received my parcel yet!

Parcels usually arrive during there delivery dates.

UK : - 24 Tracked usually takes 1 working day
- 48 Tracked standard takes 2 working days

OVERSEAS - Europe International standard (No tracking) usually takes between 7 - 14 days but can take up-to 28 days.

OUTSIDE EUROPE: - Your parcel may take between 2 - 8 weeks Depending on your country .

All Upgrades are available in Checkout.

These delivery dates are just guidelines and are not a guarantee your parcel will arrive during these times. There are may other factors that can occur if your parcel is late.:

Refunds

Yes! We do accept refunds but Terms of refunds do apply! . A refund will only be given if we feel one needs to be issued. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
