International Parcels: - Sent Via Royal Mail -
If you have ordered Internationally there is currently delays on International Shipping Orders. This is due to reduced postal workers, reduced staff, Postal delivery days, Reduced mail Planes and Quarantine measures in many countries.
International Standard shipping is currently taking Approx. 3 - 6 weeks to arrive.
(Please Note!. This service DOES NOT come with a Tracking number! International standard shipping is default, if you would like your items tracked you will need to change this during checkout)
International Tracked shipping takes Approx. 7 - 14 working days to arrive.
If you would like your items Tracked please choose this option when going through checkout. (click the little grey arrow on shipping option box, to select tracked) .
Upgrading your shipping:
If you have paid for International Standard Shipping and would like to upgrade to Tracked Please contact us ASAP to ensure your parcel hasn't already been dispatched. (Additional charges may apply)
We ask that you Check with your local postal service/ Postal Service Website for Covid-19 updates and delays in your current area. Parcel Delivery Times are a guideline only, each postal service is dealing with the pandemic differently.
Please be aware that some orders will take longer to get to you.

As we are posting from the UK, these are only estimated Delivery Dates from Royal Mail. Delivery Dates are classed as Working days (Mon - Fri) and are not classed as day of postage or weekends. This may vary for each countries postal service.
UPGRADING YOUR POSTAGE:
If you have paid for Standard shipping when placing your order , and would like to upgrade your postage after your order is placed. Please contact us within 2 hours to make sure your parcel hasn't already been dispatched! (Extra charges applies).
If you are ordering from outside the UK. We do suggest buyers upgrade the shipping to TRACKED during the checkout process, to secure the whereabouts and safety of your parcel. All postage upgrades are available during checkout for all countries.
IF YOUR PARCEL IS LATE OR UNDELIVERED:
If your order hasn't arrived , First Please check your delivery address is correct on your order. If your parcel has been sent to the wrong address, we can not be held responsible for this. Please check with your local postal service / customs. If your parcel does become stuck in customs, Buyers are responsible for all Custom & Duty charges that may occur.
Parcels usually arrive in the designated delivery dates. But please take into account delays can occur, such as Weather Conditions, Transit Delays, Custom Delays, National Holidays and Increased Postage Intake. We ask all customers to please be patient and wait an extra week after the latest delivery dates. But Please Do Contact us ASAP.
We can not be held responsible for Wrongly Addressed, Lost, Uncollected or Undelivered parcels. All parcels sent out have our return address on. If your parcel becomes lost or can't be delivered, Your parcel should be returned to us. If this is the case you will be notified of its return once it has arrived back to us.

I have paid for standard shipping but i want to upgrade my shipping, can i do that?
Yes of course! You can upgrade your shipping after you have ordered. But please contact us ASAP to ensure your parcel hasn't been dispatched yet. Additional Charges May Apply.
I haven't received my parcel yet!
Parcels usually arrive during there delivery dates.
UK : - 24 Tracked usually takes 1 working day
- 48 Tracked standard takes 2 working days
OVERSEAS - Europe International standard (No tracking) usually takes between 7 - 14 days but can take up-to 28 days.
OUTSIDE EUROPE: - Your parcel may take between 2 - 8 weeks Depending on your country .
All Upgrades are available in Checkout.

My parcel incurred charges whilst in customs, Who is responsible for these?
Buyers are responsible for all custom charges, or any other charges that may occur in order for your parcel to be released.
Refunds
Yes! We do accept refunds but Terms of refunds do apply! . A refund will only be given if we feel one needs to be issued. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Does my International Order automatically come with a Tracking Number ?
No! - International orders are sent as Standard priority Shipping by default.
However we do offer Tracking as a Postal upgrade option. If you would like your order to have a Tracking number, please choose the Tracked option when going through checkout. This will ensure you can Track your parcel from Dispatch to Delivery.
ETSY has asked me to leave a review, but i haven't received my order yet?
ETSY automatically sends out a Review reminder after a certain time after you have placed your order. We do not control this.
