Items are will be shipped once full payment is made.
Delivery
Items are shipped via Royal Mail using first class standard delivery within the UK, the EU and to Australia. I recommend items to the USA be sent tracked and signed, however there is also the option of standard delivery.
Please note that I cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. If you opt for tracked and signed shipping then I can work with the delivery company to locate your package.
Delivery time within the UK will take 2-3 days, 3-5 days within Europe and 5-7 days to the USA. All shipping can be upgraded to tracked or tracked and signed. In this case, please contact me and I will recalculate the shipping cost.Turnaround time
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days upon receipt, unless there is a query regarding shipping costs (see below). If your item is customised or you have ordered clothing, which I make to order, then please allow extra time. The turnaround time for these items will be listed with the item.

If you would like to purchase an item from NicePomPoms and your delivery country isn't specified, please contact me and I will be happy to calculate a delivery cost.
Multiple purchases
If you would like to purchase multiple items, please contact me and I will endeavour to find the cheapest shipping rate for you. Please note that this may not be with Royal Mail.
