Everything is sent by Royal Mail, untracked, unless otherwise requested. This means US orders are handled by USPS who are very unreliable, so please bear with me!

UK orders take no more than a week, EU orders no more than 2 but international orders can take up to a month. If you order has not arrived in the corresponding time period, please contact me at evalynchart at gmail.com or via Etsy messages.

If you require an order by a certain date eg. birthday or moving house, you are advised to contact about paying slightly more for faster/tracked shipment. Please request this either just before or just after ordering (within an hour) so I can arrange extra billing and special shipment.

Please also note that I package my items in plain packaging but also embellishments such as cute tape and sometimes stickers! If for any reason you'd prefer to having your package sent plain, please add a note to your order.
