1 out of 5 starsItem arrived fine, was a gift for someone so didn't unpack it. when they did, it was stained with coffee and dirty. sent a polite message to ask if it was new and got a flippant response that they "won't charge me for the coffee" - the box was covered in stains, on the inside. Not cool, at all.
