Frequently asked questions
Are your products really One of a Kind?
Yes! Unless a product states that it is a Limited Edition (see relevant question) then it will be really one of a kind.
This means that if an item is sold, it is gone! There will be no reproductions even if the item gets damaged since every one is a unique design.
What are the Limited Edition items?
Some of the items are part of a series. If for example the theme of a series is "Lemegeton", then there will be an X number of items made. Each one with slight variations, which still makes them one of a kind.
E.g. 10 Lemegeton Cameo Pendants. Might be either:
1) 10 pendants with the same frame but different picture.
or
2) 10 pendants with the same picture but different frames and variations.
What about Return and Replacements?
Returns
If you receive an item and you are not happy with what you got, then feel free to request a return (No returns for custom orders).
If the item gets back on its original condition, then you will receive a full refund (less the postage).
If the item gets back damaged, then you will receive a partial refund (less the postage and the repair expences).
If the item gets back damaged beyond repair, there is no refund
Replacements
Since every item is one of a kind, I cannot offer any replacements of the exact design.
For the unique designs, you can choose another item from the shop and pay or get a refund of the price difference.
For the limited edition items, you can request a variation as a replacement if there is one available in stock.
Do you accept Custom Orders?
Yes I do! Just contact me and we can discuss about your idea over skype, e-mail or the Etsy messages.
I can also customise/personalise items that you already own, as long as they are in good conditions.
Please note that once the final item is made there can be no refunds due to change of heart or circumstances.
Packaging and Postage Boxes
I always try to upcycle and re-use boxes when it comes to postage in order to minimise waste.
This means that your item on the inside will have its pouch or cloth/gift box but the outer box will be a random box. It could be an amazon box, shoebox, my protein box or any other box that I can source and re-use.
Think Green :)
Courier and Delivery Issues
Please note that I am not responsible for any loss, delays or mistakes made by the delivery service.
Loss:
When you order tracked and signed I pay for insurance cover. This means that if the item gets lost and the delivery service issues a refund, I could send it to you.
Delays or Mistakes:
I am only responsible for booking the service and the time of dispatch. If the courier delays your order, makes a delivery mistake or returns the item to me, I am not responsible and therefore I cannot issue you a refund or send you a replacement.
Customs
Note that I am not responsible for Customs and other import/export fees.
Please understand that you are making an official purchase and I am obligated to declare the true amount of your purchase on the declaration forms.
Also, please make sure that you are allowed to order this item in your country. Some countries will not accept certain items such as Athames.
If an item gets declined by your customs I am not responsible for a refund or to re-send the item. If you find another provider that could pass the item and you would like to try delivery again, you are responsible for paying any additional fees.
What about GDPR?
I only use your date to complete the transactions. Any details you provide me with will only be used to book the courier services.
Standard (Economy) Shipping
Please note that when selecting Standard or "economy" service in your checkout, I am not able to issue any refunds or replacements for things lost in transit that are booked with this shipping option.
This is because this option even if it has tracking (sometimes) it does not come with any insurance.
If you would like to be sure that you will receive your items or a refund/replacement in case of loss (except when Customs are involved) then please choose the "tracked & signed" options.
