Returns and exchanges
I love happy customers! So if you're not happy with your purchase please let me know and I'll do my best to put things right.
I accept PayPal and the Shop Checkout option as payment, and will only dispatch items when payment has been received.
I ship from the UK, if you require specific delivery rates please contact me and I will send you an estimate.

As a rule I send all my work either Royal Mail tracked and signed or (over £250) Parcelforce express48 or global priority to ensure your item gets to you safely, with end to end tracking and signature upon delivery and of course compensation!
Additional policies and FAQs
Please be aware that due to slight monitor differences, the colours may vary but let me assure you - your item will look great!

Remember in order to keep your prints or original artwork in great condition it is important to frame with archival materials (mattes, backing board etc), keep out of direct sunlight, and frame with a UV glass.

Finally, due to the nature of the beast, please be aware that cold/hot pressed watercolour paper does buckle in the painting process so do expect to find evidence of this when purchasing. Though not distracting — rest assured all attempts to flatten work has been made before purchase, and once framed will dazzle as intended!
