Frequently asked questions
How quickly will my item be sent?
I usually send things out the same or next day during the working week. Things ordered at weekends or on public holidays are sent on the next working day.
Will my item have tracking?
In the UK I use the second class signed-for service or Parcelforce 48 for larger items.
Outside the UK, items will be sent using tracked airmail or Global Priority. Please refer to the order page to find the tracking number should you need it.
How long will my order take to arrive?
In the UK, your order will usually take around 2 - 7 days. I am happy to upgrade to a faster service on request... just ask.
International airmail outside the UK usually takes around 10 days or so. Sometimes things can take considerably longer if stopped for checking by Customs in your country. Please allow for this. No claims for loss will be entertained before 4 weeks from dispatch.
Can I reserve items?
Sorry but I do not reserve items.
Combined shipping & costs?
I am very happy to combine shipping. Any overpaid shipping fees will be refunded after the parcel is sent. You are also welcome to ask me for a quote to see what the combined shipping will be in advance.
What is your best price?
The listing price is my best price, sorry.
Do you ship to my country?
I ship to many countries, including the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China & Europe. If you do not see your country listed, please ask. I do not ship to Germany or Canada, sorry. I reserve the right to cancel & refund an order if it is from a country I choose not ship to for reasons of security.
If you are outside the UK, you can still return an item for a refund. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery & ship back to me within 14 days. Once I receive the item back, I will issue a refund. On returns from outside the UK, the buyer must pay the shipping both ways. Therefore please be sure you do want the item before buying.
