In addition, Marli managed to print one of the batches in another language once I provided the wording, which is amazing as I have struggled to find someone who would do that so over the moon!

5 out of 5 starsSuch a lovely wedding card. Will definitely be ordering from this seller again. The card was sent quickly but delivery was delayed due to the dreadful Royal mail service in this area, not the fault of the seller.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All Fragile items such as diffusers, candles and glass candles will come in a sheet of bubble wrap and wrapped in tissue paper. I re use packing materials wherever possible to help with un necessary waste.
Most of the products are viable with an additional fee to have them gift wrapped in kraft paper or you can add a gift box to add a really special finishing touch. Don't forget to let me know in the 'notes to seller' what colour ribbon you would like for the gift boxes when checking out.

If you like the look of a product but want to have different wording, then this is possible. Please get in touch and I am happy to help with any bespoke ideas you have.

All my products named as personalised, you can personalise these to say anything you like, as long as they are not paragraphs long then its fine.
How long will my order take?
Please bear in mind I am based in the UK so please do consider this when ordering and find your delivery time above and on the product pages.
I dispatch everyday of the working week. Once I receive an order it will usually be dispatched the next working day. This is only for non busy periods. At Christmas time please allow an extra 2 weeks for delivery outside of the UK. Postage to USA, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA can take up to month in Nov/Dec.

My order isn't what I was expecting can I send it back?
All personalised products, including cards are non returnable. I do try to portray them as best I can in my photographs. I describe them and give the sizes in the descriptions.
As they are made to your personalisation I cannot accept returns for these.
If you item is not personalised please get in touch before returning anything, and I will help as best I can with any problems you have.
Postage costs will not be covered for returns on personalised items if a return is offered to you as a gesture of goodwill.
My order has not arrived in time
I cannot be held responsible for parcels being delayed in the post as this is out of my control. You receive dispatch emails of when I send out your order, I send these within 2 working days after you place the order.
I can't track my item - why isn't it tracked.
Please do not ask for tracking on international orders if you haven't added this option at the checkout. Tracking will only be available if you pay for this shipping option when you checkout. I will not be held responsible for delayed items if you do not pay for tracked postage. It is advised to opt for this shipping option if you require an item in a limited time frame.
Breakages
You have 7 days to report any breakages to us once you receive your order. Please keep all packaging and take photos of the packaging to pass onto us. If we are not notified of breakages within 7 days or/and no packing photos can be provided. We cannot fulfil a replacement or refund.
If you are sending on items yourself to the recipient, please ensure you do not repackage the item with different materials and always add extra packaging for international posting. Never remove packaging to post on, always add to it or use a new box if needed.
We cannot be held responsible for breakages on items you have posted on yourself or for any accidental breakages when using the products.
