Sorry your item took so long to arrive. As stated in our conversation, this was due to Royal Mail being overwhelmed at Christmas during a global pandemic. Unfortunately this is outside of my control. I'm glad your order arrived safely.

5 out of 5 starsThe shipping was a little slow, but that had much more to do with the USPS these days than the seller. When I asked the seller about the item, he was quick to respond and even said if it wasn’t received by a certain date that he would send it out again. Very impressed with the item and especially impressed with this seller.

I make all the items in the shop in my rather small but very well equipped shed at the bottom of my garden. I have enjoyed working with wood since I was a child and over the years have built bookcases, coffee tables, toy boxes and even a mahogany cradle for my daughter when she was born. Inspired by the afternoons I spent as a child with my Grandad in his garage learning how to use his tools, I purchased a wood turning lathe in 2013 and have been honing my skills ever since. I am largely self-taught and really enjoy the challenge of mastering new skills and techniques. At weekends I can often be found pottering about in the shed, challenging myself with something new! I mainly work with wood but sometimes I'll use acrylic for a bit of variety. I like the tones and shades natural wood gives and how the various finishes can make the same wood look completely different.
