I’m Josh, an engineer at the University of Alabama originally from Reno, Nevada. I’ve been painting for as long as I can remember, but my path into art was never traditional. I didn’t grow up taking formal classes or studying technique in a classroom — instead, I learned by doing, experimenting, and letting curiosity lead the way.

Painting has always been a creative outlet alongside engineering, and over time it became something more serious. I’m drawn to bold moments, movement, and emotion, which naturally led me to sports art. My favorite subjects to paint are University of Alabama athletics — capturing the intensity, pride, and energy that make college sports so special.

Every piece I create is painted by hand and reflects both my technical mindset and my love for the game. Whether it’s a helmet, a play, or a moment that means something to fans, my goal is to create artwork that feels personal, powerful, and timeless.

Thanks for supporting my work and being part of this journey.
