Returns and exchanges
Refunds will be given promptly in the case of shop error. We may require you to return the item first or provide photographic evidence before issuing a refund.
We are unable to offer international shipping on some of our animal parts or animal items. Items with no animal product we happily ship overseas if it is not prohibitively large or heavy, for actual shipping costs. Please send a message to make arrangements. We are not responsible for customs or importation fees or taxes issued by your home country. International orders are expected to arrive within 2 weeks and sometimes take up to 8 weeks. International tracking can be purchased for an additional fee on top of postage starting at £7. It is your responsibility to understand the legality of any items in your country or state. We will abide by the rules of the UK, EU and federal trade agreements. If we have proof of posting, we can not replace items your country’s postal service has lost. We will work with you in the rare event this this happens. If your item incurs charges by your country,you are responsible for them. If your item is seized for inspection or undeliverable, this is not our responsibility.
General Shipping Information:
We package our items with great care. We will ship within 7 days of your purchase. (or upon finishing in the case of Pandora's boxes ( 2-3 weeks ) and custom orders) we are happy to rush Pandora's Boxes for a special occasion. If you'd like it posted within one week and are in the UK, just select rush shipping option. International boxes can be posted out more quickly but can not be guaranteed to arrive within a timespan due to international postage sometimes being delayed in the post.
Skull displays and mounts are extremely difficult to ship safely. We do an expert and conscientious job packaging these things with years of experience behind us, unfortunately when it leaves our hands we can not control all circumstances. We do purchase insurance on all skull mounts for the full price paid and do not offer refunds for damage in shipping. Many items suffer small issues, loose screws, glue coming unstuck, things of that nature. We are always happy to talk a customer through trying to put something right. If it can't be resolved, you always have the ability to file a claim with the postage or courier service for your refund.
