Personalised Paper Goods, Designed and Produced in Somerset, UK

Rosefinch Studio was founded by Lauren Nesbitt, a Chelsea College of Art and Design graduate with a complete soft spot for beautifully designed stationery and eye-catching illustration.

Lauren designs and makes all of her products from her home studio in Somerset, UK which is appropriately named 'Rosefinch House.' She set up shop after leaving London and moving to the countryside with her Husband and three miniature poodles to pursue her creative dreams.

Rosefinch Studio originated from Lauren's love of illustration and surface pattern design. Lauren pours her heart and soul into her illustrations and makes every product with plenty of love, care and attention to detail. She feels extremely happy inside when her products make other people smile.

Here you'll find personalised cards, prints, gift tags and other paper goods all designed for special occasions.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
All items are made to the highest of quality and are inspected before being sent to you. If, in the very unlikely event your item arrives with a flaw, please notify me within 48 hours of receiving the item and before leaving feedback. I will require photographic evidence of damage in order to resolve the situation. This can be sent through an Etsy conversation.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Legislation you may return your order, for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. This excludes custom made/made to order/personalised items. The original delivery charge will not be refunded and you, the customer will be responsible for the delivery cost of returning the items. If you intend on doing this, please inform me via an Etsy conversation before you send the item back.

I highly recommend sending all orders back by a tracked/recorded delivery method. I cannot take responsibility for any returned items that are lost in the post, so please make sure that the value of the goods are covered by the relevant insurance.

All items must be returned in a sale-able condition, in original packaging and free from odour (perfume, cigarette smoke, etc). If items have been damaged in any way, I reserve the right not to refund.

You will usually receive your refund within 3 working days following receipt of the return package.

Please note that if items are posted back to me later than 14 days from the date you received your order, a refund may be refused and the order may be sent back to you at your own expense.

I do not refund for packages unclaimed, undeliverable or where the customer has provided the wrong postage address.

All personalised and made to order goods are non refundable and non exchangeable. It is the buyers full responsibility at the time of ordering to ensure all spelling and grammar included in their personalised orders is correct.
Payment is due at time of purchase and must be received & cleared before shipment.
All orders are posted within 3 working days after payment has been received. Please make sure your Etsy and Paypal address match and are correct.

Orders are sent via royal mail and usually take approximately 2-3 days to arrive after posting.

Orders are posted via Standard Airmail and usually take 1-2 weeks after posting to arrive but can occasionally take up to 4 weeks.

Please be aware of your country's customs tax charges on larger orders.

Customs and Duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for taxes and duties that may incur.

I do everything required to ensure your item/s reach you safely. However, if your order has not arrived after 2 weeks (UK) or 4 weeks (International) please contact me and I will try to resolve this to the best of my ability.

Rosefinch Studio is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

Your satisfaction is very important. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact me before leaving feedback so I can resolve the problem.

After confirming that I am able to fulfill a custom order, it will be listed in my shop and the buyer will be provided with a link to purchase it. As soon as the listing is live, all custom orders must be paid for within 5 working days. If the custom order is not purchased within this time frame, it will be removed from the website and I will be unable to fulfil the order. I do not begin working on custom orders until payment has been cleared.
