Hello! Thanks for visiting my shop! I am Fiona Leighton, I illustrate and make homewares and gifts, inspired by nature, birds and flowers.
My work is particularly inspired by wild flowers from the overgrown hedgerows and meadows here in Cornwall, UK. Birds, insects, nests and small creatures all make an appearance, and the ever changing landscape offers year round inspiration.
I design and make fabric for homewares, as well as bird and floral themed gifts. Along with my bright and colourful floral kitchenware, consisting of aprons, tea towels and sandwich wraps, I also create wash bags, soaps and have a stationery range. All of my designs stem from my original gouache paintings, which I scan in to create detailed and captivating designs.
Although I am in the UK, I am happy to ship worldwide. If you are in Europe, please be aware of import duties - see my shipping policies for more information. If you have any questions, please get in touch, and I will be very happy to assist!

I would certainly use them again and would recommend to friends and family.

**PLEASE NOTE** Shipping times are an estimate only and items may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or during the busy Christmas season. Very occasionally International orders have been known to take a few weeks to arrive. Items can be delayed in customs, and can sometimes take up to 30 working days - depending on where you are. My timings are taken from the Royal Mail website, which give an estimated time for posting. If you have a particularly time sensitive order you may want to consider International Signed for delivery - especially at Christmas time.
Particle Press is not responsible for customs duty or brokerage fees on international orders. These will have to be paid by the customer where applicable. If you have received a despatch conformation, and your item has not arrived in the estimated time, please be aware that your item may be with your local sorting office. You should receive a card to let you know that you missed delivery, but this does not always happen.
If an item is returned to me by Royal Mail as unclaimed I will contact you to arrange for the item to be redelivered. In such circumstances I am unable to offer any refund on your order, but redelivery will be arranged as soon as possible. Please respect that if such a situation occurs there may be an extra charge for postage to cover the cost of resending the item for you.
Particle Press cannot be held responsible for items lost once they have been handed to the Royal Mail for delivery both in the UK and when being posted to overseas locations.

Gift wrapping and packaging
I wrap your orders using my custom printed patterned tissue paper. I like to wrap all orders as meticulously and carefully as possible - whether it is a gift or not!
