5 out of 5 starsThe sharks were surpringly large and were a huge hit with the boys. They fizz impressively and lasted well in the water. From the mum perspective they smelt great and seemed kind on the kids skin.

Are your products vegan?
Yes all of our products are Vegan & Cruelty Free. (unless otherwise stated.)
Are your products skin safe?
Our products are suitable for most skin types. We use natural ingredients and safe synthetics. We have many repeat customers with skin conditions such as psoriasis & eczema. However As with all Bath and body products, if irritation does occur. Discontinue use .

Shipping, Delivery & Process times
Processing Times: We have a 1-3 working day processing time before your order is dispatched. In this time we are hand-making your product(s), to make sure you receive as fresh as possible.
Shipping: We offer two options, Royal Mail 1st class & Royal Mail 2nd class.
Please make sure that your sender address is correct as it is not my responsibility to chase this up. (I cannot guarantee that I will be able to change the address when requested but I will do my best).
Estimated shipping times are only ESTIMATES and nothing is guaranteed.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK EVERYTHING IS CORRECT WITH YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PROCEED TO BUY
Returns, Refunds & cancellations
We do not accept cancellations, due to the nature of the products we try to work on a same day/next day dispatch where possible; we may not see you message before your order goes out.
If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of three days to contact me about any issues and then a period of fourteen days to return the product(s) back. Products need to arrive unused and unopened for us to arrange alternatives for you.
If you are returning your order please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods. Postage costs are not refunded.
Custom and personalised orders
If your items have arrived damaged then you need to provide evidence.
You have a period of 3 days to contact us.
You then need to return these within 14 days, once returned we then can arrange an exchange or a full refund, any additional postage costs will be covered for this within reason (provided that you have used a standard postage service with no special delivery or signed for options)
