Frilly stuff...

My Etsy shop is a selection of both easily-reproducible clothes and smaller, more impulse-buy or 'treat' items from my Lolita etc. clothing range.
Although I love creating in-depth frocks and daft OTT coats, I also like mucking about with snippets of stuff to make inconsequential wee things. Hence all the wristcuffs.
Little fripperies like that can get lost on a large multi-section website and might only be purchased as an afterthought. So I chuck them all here, and they seem to have found an audience.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I will accept a return on any item that arrives damaged (whether an inherent fault or postal clumsiness). The item must be returned by a registered method of postage (i.e Signed-for).

If I've been daft and sent you the wrong item, I will issue a replacement upon being informed.

Returns are not accepted for custom orders. Anything made to individual measurements or specifications is considered 'custom'. This includes items made with the 'custom order' option. With full custom orders I will provide photos of the finished item(s) on request, but once you have checked and accepted these, items are non-returnable.

Non-custom items can be returned, if unused, for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Please do get in touch if there are any problems.

Customs duties, import/local taxes etc. will not be refunded.
*I will only send items to your registered address.*
Please ensure your Paypal/Etsy addresses match reality.

Cancellations are accepted on non-custom items only.

Please take note of order schedules.
I do not undertake rush orders.
I will not cancel/refund any order due to missed delivery date unless this was discussed before purchase. If you need an item for a specific deadline, please check that this is possible before ordering.
Upgrades are available to guarantee quicker delivery for UK orders; I will not send an item with next-day delivery if you have only paid for standard postage.

I cannot guarantee the following:
-Fit on custom items when measurements are supplied by the customer.
-Exact colour(s) etc. unless samples are requested.
-Delivery date without guaranteed postage (i.e Special Delivery); currently this is only available for UK orders, so please ensure your order is placed in plenty of time.
The timeframe for custom items is stated in listings.
I am in the UK. If you are not, it will take longer for things to reach you.

Delivery time is in addition to item completion time (stated in each listing).
Estimated delivery times: 2-3 days for UK orders, 7 days for EU countries, and 10-14 days for everywhere else.

I do combine postage and will refund excess over £1 if you are incorrectly charged.
UK orders are sent 2nd class Signed-for as standard.
International orders are sent by regular Airmail as standard. There is no tracking available for this service.
Tracked delivery is available as an upgrade at checkout.
There is no expediated international delivery available.

If your order is over £50 in total you will be charged for either UK Special Delivery or International Tracked as these have higher levels of insurance.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay all import charges/customs duties/local taxes etc that may be levied by their respective countries.
I have no control over this and cannot predict if and what might get charged, and will not falsify customs information.

If something is lost, I need to know about it! UK and tracked international items are traceable, and I obtain proof of posting for everything but do not keep regular international receipts forever.

Items will be supplied in plain but functional wrappings, with gift-wrap available on request. I re-use outer packaging (padded bags etc). and thus do not charge a handling fee.

Any sort of custom orders you might be interested in are up for discussion. Please have a basic idea of what you want though (colours, fabrics, etc.) because I am unable to decide everything for you!

If there is anything else you are not sure of before purchasing, just ask.
How and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase from my shop, contact me, or otherwise use my services here. This does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control.

Through Etsy, you must provide me with certain information needed to complete your order (name, email and postal address, payment info, and chosen product details). This may also include additional personal information such as measurements.

-I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
-Service providers such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
-Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
