Wearable Oddities

I started my Etsy shop concentrating on a small selection of easily-reproducible clothing and small impulse-buy items from my Lolita etc. clothing range. It's a good place to experiment with snippets of stuff to make inconsequential wee things, hence all the wristcuffs.
I'm very glad to have found the audience I have among my customers, and so I can now expand the range to include fancier clothing, more OOAK items, allllll the fabrics and unusual colours, and my own prints.
I also love doing really OTT custom orders.

Returns and exchange details
I will accept returns for non-custom items.
They can be returned, if unused, for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will include original postage cost (less any optional upgrades chosen at checkout). You may return an item to be exchanged if you wish.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Returned items should be sent by a registered method of postage (i.e Signed-for).

Please inform me as soon as possible if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
Customers are responsible for supplying correct measurements, colour choices, and any other item specifications. I cannot accept responsibility if any of this information is wrong.

Returns/cancellations are not accepted for custom orders. Anything made to individual measurements or specifications is considered 'custom'. This includes items made with the 'custom order' option. With full custom orders I will provide photos of the finished item(s) on request, but once you have checked and accepted these, items are non-returnable.

Please do get in touch if there are any problems.

Customs duties, import/local taxes, and any additional costs are payable by the customer, and not included in the item price. I will not mark items as 'gifts' for this purpose.
Payment
Please ensure your Etsy address is correct and current when ordering.

Cancellations are accepted on non-custom items only.

Please take note of order schedules.
I do not undertake rush orders.
I will not cancel/refund any order due to missed delivery date unless this was discussed before purchase. If you need an item for a specific deadline, please check that this is possible before ordering.
I will not expediate any order that is delayed due to incorrect or updated information i.e. measurements.
Upgrades are available to guarantee quicker delivery for UK orders; I will not send an item with upgraded delivery if you have only paid for standard postage.

I cannot guarantee the following:
-Fit on custom items where measurements are supplied by the customer.
-Exact colour(s) etc. unless swatches are requested. Sometimes the colour of a real-life item in 3D can look quite different from a sample fabric photo, taking into account individual variations between device displays and colour perception.
-Delivery date without guaranteed postage (i.e Special Delivery); currently this is only available for UK orders, so please ensure your order is placed in plenty of time.
The timeframe for custom items is stated in individual listings.
Delivery
I am in the UK. If you are not, it will take longer for things to reach you.

Delivery time is in addition to item completion time (stated in each listing).
Estimated delivery times: 1-3 days for UK orders, 7 days for EU countries, and 7-10 days for everywhere else.

UK orders are sent 1st class Signed-for as standard.
International orders are sent by International Standard delivery. There is no tracking available for this service.
Tracked delivery is available as an upgrade at checkout.
There is no expediated international delivery available- all services have the same delivery estimate- but if you are in a hurry, tracking is recommended so you can check up on the progress of your item. Please check tracking updates regularly in case your item is being held for collection.

I will not send higher-value orders by untracked methods to save on postage.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay all import charges/customs duties/local taxes etc that may be levied by their respective countries.
I have no control over this and cannot predict if and what might get charged, and will not falsify customs information.

The 'gift' option means your item will be gift-wrapped and include a message, if supplied; it is not a way to get round customs labelling.

If something is lost, I need to know about it! UK and tracked international items are traceable, and I obtain proof of posting for everything but do not keep regular international receipts forever.

Items will be supplied in plain but functional wrappings, with gift-wrap available on request. I re-use outer packaging (padded bags etc).

Please ensure your address is correct and delivery is possible.
Customers are responsible for redelivery charges in the event of an item being returned as uncollected/undelivered; please check your tracking number regularly to avoid this. Returned non-deliveries will not be accepted for cancellation.
Additional policies and FAQs
Any sort of custom orders you might be interested in are up for discussion. Please have a basic idea of what you want though (colours, fabrics, etc.) because I am unable to decide everything for you!
