Payments can be made by Paypal or by credit card. Credit card payments are made through Paypal however you do not need a Paypal account for this process - simply follow the instructions given, or view the etsy help article at http://www.etsy.com/help/article/361.

As most items are made to order, please contact me immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellations can only be accepted if they are made within 24 hours of the order being placed.

All orders are sent standard Royal Mail Airmail.

Standard air mail does not include tracking so once an item has been dispatched I cannot provide updates on its progress. You can upgrade your shipping when ordering to a tracked version.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties / taxes etc that are incurred.

Please be aware that delays can occur in delivery due to issues outside of my control. If you have not received your goods within 28 days please contact me.

CUSTOMISED ORDERS
Many items can be personalised for you and I am happy to accommodate this wherever possible. Please send me an email or convo to discuss your requirements prior to placing your order.

I use photographs of custom orders and one of a kind dolls in marketing and promotion and as listing photograph examples. I may make additional versions of custom order dolls for other customers.

• In order to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;

Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. I generally keep data relating to your Etsy orders for 2 years. If you have signed up to receive ongoing content from me (such as my newsletter or blog updates) I will retain your data in the form of your name and email address until you opt out or unsubscribe from receiving further communications.
