Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee, this can be purchased at checkout.
Are different languages available for embroidery?
Yes, embroidery could be done in English, German, French, Spanish and Russian. Please note that the font could slightly differ depending on language
Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we use Royal mail tracked and signed to give you complete piece of mind.
International shipping
Please allow 3-5 working days for your item to be shipped. Please be aware that it may take up to 1 month for your item to be delivered. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your item to be delivered in the USA, Canada and Australia.
What happens if my item couldnt be delivered and returned back to sender?
All our items are sent with Royal Mail. It usually takes 2-3 working days for it to be delivered within the county and 2-3 weeks overseas (Depending on country). If delivery's been attempted 3 times and item couldnt be delivered it will be returned back to the sender.
If a personalised item gets returned back to the sender, the buyer is responsible for paying return postage costs.
No refund can be given in this case for a personalised item.
