CUSTOM MADE PIECES
For custom made pieces, in particular for rings, I ask for precise measurements and details, and I'll make the piece with the exact measurements you communicate me. If you give me the wrong measurements and sizes (in particular for rings) I'm not responsible for that and I can't accept returns, I'm sorry. So please be careful and try to give me the right details.

I accept payments through Paypal and credit cards.

Reservations: I can reserve you something for a week, just ask!
If you don't buy that/those items in a week, I'll delete your reservation.

For ready to ship pieces, I'll try to ship your order as soon as possible, usually in 3/5 days (except festive days), if I can even before; anyway, I'll ship only once I receive the payment.
Made to order pieces need more time, usually between 10 and 20 days: contact me for more information or if you need your order earliet: I'll do my best to help you.

I ship your order via Royal Mail Standard ( = Regular Mail): it's the fastest method but it is NOT insured and NOT traceable. If you prefer a traceable or insured shipping option, write me BEFORE purchasing and I'll let you know the different prices.

SHIPPING TIME: Shipping inside European Union may take between 7-15 business days; outside EU it may take about 15-25 days (maybe even before). In any case, it depends from Posts and from customs, and not from me.

CUSTOM FEES: Some Countries may require a custom fees. I'm not responsible for the amount that the Custom may require to you.
