5 out of 5 starsI am SO pleased with this shirt! I have had so many spice girls shirts over the years & wanted to have a “comfort colors” one. That was insanely hard to find until I came across this shop, that magically appeared since I last looked! Sure, there are others here on Etsy but I was looking for classy & casual & not just a grunge or “in your face” graphic… so I hadn’t found any until now. The quality is so nice & it looks so good & it has all the good comfort colors qualities as well. I was already planning to leave a glowing review (providing it made it through that first laundering with no issues… it did!) but I also saw that as a new shop, the seller reached out to make sure it had indeed arrived & that I was satisfied & offered to assist with any issues. I thought that was a very kind extra effort & shows how dedicated they are!

Can I change the size of an item from the order I just placed?
You can request a change to your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed. Due to our rapid order processing, changes and cancellations cannot always be accommodated. Please contact our customer care team immediately (within the hour) with your order number and request details. This will help minimize any processing delays caused by the changes.
Can I change or add anything to my order?
Most of the time you will not be able to change it. Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order, if possible we will try our best. If not, please proceed to place a new order.
Custom and personalized orders
Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 6 hours of placing your order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to change the delivery address. However, please note that due to the continuous operation of our warehouse, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Our standard processing time is 4 - 7 days.
Shipping time for U.S. orders is 8 - 12 days, while international orders take 10 - 17 days.
Tracking may take 2-5 business days to activate, as each item is handcrafted and packaged with care.
During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended by a few days
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
Yes, but only within 6 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days with a photo, and we will replace it.
