How it all started...

Welcome to Pickle and Onion Adventures.

We are a UK based team of passionate animal lovers who specialize on custom products including: Dog collars, keyfobs, keyring's and much more!

Our journey all began on Instagram with our two dogs, Pickle and Onion and one special follower from across the world...

Our special follower grew to love Pickle and Onion as if they were his own and through Instagram we became incredible friends despite the distance.

For Christmas 2016 we wanted to give our special follower the gift of Pickle and Onion for Christmas, so we decided to make him two custom, handmade cushions of them. Once our friends and family saw the cushions that we had made of Pickle and Onion they all wanted us to make them a cushion of their own pets which then led us to creating this company.

We launched what was originally called 'Pickle and Onion Cushion Comforts' in 2017 and provided handmade custom and novelty cushions and keyring's, however as we grew our vision for this company evolved and in 2018 we re-branded ourselves 'Pickle and Onion Adventures'.

Our vision for this company has drastically changed since creating those first ever cushions in 2016, and we now provide custom products that you cannot find anywhere else!

We are very proud to say that we are the only company to create custom, printed and made-to-order dog collars and keyfobs that are designed for use on every adventure!

And now here we are.

We are expanding and growing this little idea every day and we thank our thousands of customers who have helped to shape us into the company we are continuously striving to be.

Frequently asked questions

1. Can I return my item?

All custom orders are exempt from returns unless they are faulty in which case we will replace your item. If your order is faulty/incorrect please contact us for an immediate resolution.

2. Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time a cancellation cannot be made.

3. How long does delivery take?

Once dispatched the average estimated waiting times are:

United Kingdom: 1-3 days
United States: 7-14 days
Australia: 8-18 days
Europe: 5-12 days

*Please note that these are estimated time frames only. Delays may occur, however these are out of our control.*

4. How long does it take before my item(s) are shipped?

All items have an average estimated processing time of 6-10 business days.

To be provided with a date of shipment for a purchased order please check your order details in your purchase history where you will be provided with your specific dispatch date.

Please allow for slight delays during busy periods such as Christmas where processing times can be up to 14 business days.

5. Do you ship to my country?

Yes! Pickle and Onion Adventures ships WORLDWIDE!

6. I haven't received my item yet?

If you have not yet received a shipment confirmation email, don't worry. Your item(s) are still being processed and we'll inform you as soon as we have dispatched your order!

If you have received a shipment confirmation email from us and you still haven't received your order please do the following:

• Check your tracking *if eligible*. If your order has been sent with tracking all of your tracking information will be located within your shipment confirmation email.

• Wait the estimated delivery period. Please see question 3 for your countries estimated delivery time.

• Contact us! If you have waited the estimated delivery time frame and have still not received your order please contact us and we will resolve your problem ASAP.

7. Can my pet be turned into a keyring, keyfob, etc?

Absolutely! We can turn all subjects (pets, humans and more) into any one of our products; all we need is a picture!

Please keep in mind that the quality of your image will be the same image quality that will be printed onto your item.

8. How do I send you my picture?

Once ordered please send your chosen picture(s), name and address to us at: team@pickleandonionadventures.com.

9. My shipping address is wrong?

If you have placed an order with an incorrect shipping address please inform us immediately, so that we can update your information for you.

If you do not inform us of an error in your shipping address before your order is completed and dispatched unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for this, and cannot provide a refund or replacement.

Please ensure that all information is up-to-date and correct to eliminate any issues.

10. My order has gone missing?

Once your order has been confirmed as lost your item will be replaced and not refunded. We require confirmation of the delivery address and will issue a replacement within 1 week from receipt of delivery address.
