Privacy Policy

As customers of Pixie Drew, I may hold some of your information.
(your name, email address, and occasionally your postal address and telephone number).

This is a short explanation of how I collect, use and store this information. But if you still have any pressing questions after reading this, please contact me.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
When I talk about "information", I am only referring to your contact details. I never have access to your financial information when you make payments using Etsy. All sensitive financial information is held securely by the processing companies, and they never share this with me, or anyone else.

Whenever you order anything from me, either directly or through my Etsy shop, you give me sufficient information about you to enable me to process the order.

Who has access to your information?

Me. I am the only one who has access to your information, and I never, ever, ever pass this on to anyone else.  

If you pay me using PayPal, they will also hold information about you. (You can read their Privacy Policy on their home page.)

 How I use your information

I only use your information to contact you about current orders and to post out your items.

Your address is printed out on a label printer through my computer but is then deleted.

With larger orders I may use a shipping company and will have to share your details for the purposes of shipping only.
They also have their own privacy policies.

If a shipping company is used I will let you know which one and you can view their privacy policy as needed.
